10 Tips for Organizing Gift Wrapping Materials

This year, when Ellen Ivey begins wrapping some 30 Christmas presents for her family and friends, she'll know exactly where to find all the materials. These are in large plastic containers stored in the back of a cupboard, out of the way but easily accessible.
"It's important that it's organized so you can find what you're looking for," says Ivey, 67, of Baltimore. "If you don't, you wonder where the labels and ribbons and paper are, or you buy stuff you already have over and over again. And it's all messed up all the time."
If you have a large family, it is necessary to meet the shipping deadlines; or, it takes time to create nice packages. Organizing your gift-wrapping materials not only makes the process easier, but also makes it more fun.
