Now Bianca gives us a life lesson by reminding us of the importance of rest and listening to our body, even as a high-performance athlete.
On Ella Bianca's official Instagram account, she shared a photo shoot, practically natural, without major aesthetic adjustment, after deciding to rest and put aside her strict exercise routine for a day.
"I put on my workout clothes and said 'noh, I need to listen to my body, I need to rest.' Rest is self-care and if you're like me sometimes you have to force yourself to rest, it's important."
Making a play on words with her favorite phrase, Bianca says that “The bEST need to REST”, that is, the best needs to rest.
En route to WrestleMania, Bianca needs to be very focused and whole for everything that comes her way.
