In a matter of washing machine detergents, the OCU is clear that its commitment is for the private label. This follows from the latest study by the Organization of Consumers and Users on the best products for washing clothes, published this Wednesday, August 26.
A total of 51 products have been studied and only 3 of the first 10 are own brand, none of them on the podium.
AdvertisingLidl, Aldi and Eroski are the supermarkets that sell the best detergents. The undisputed leader is the German chain, which places three FORMIL own-brand products in the top three positions.
This is the list from the least valued to the most:
AdvertisingThe highest rating is for FORMIL Color, which obtains 70 points out of 100. The product, which is sold for 5.99 euros, is indicated for colored garments.
Following on the list is the FORMIL Universal concentrated detergent and the FORMIL Superconcentrated Aloe Vera, both from Lidl, with 68 and 67 points respectively. The Top 10 is completed, in addition to ALDI and Eroski products, by two detergents from the Micolor brand and one from Colón.
AdvertisingThe absence of Bosque Verde (Mercadona) products is striking, since only two years ago the gel for white and colored clothes was placed in first position with 76 points out of 100. There is also no presence of the Ariel brand, which in 2018 placed in the fifth place in the ranking was the Ariel Actilift Alpine.
Behind FORMIL, the great winner in this study, is the family company Persan, based in Seville and Wroclaw (Poland). The company, specializing in the development, manufacture and marketing of home care and personal care products, is responsible for three well-known brands: Puntomatic, Flota and San.
