Alberto Garzón publishes the photos of his controversial honeymoon of more than 10,000 euros
Alberto Garzón, 32, has preferred to wait and let the months pass before he can share images of his honeymoon in New Zealand on his social networks. When the fate of the newly married couple became known, and that they were leaving for a month, the criticism fell on him. Even his own party comrades, Unidos Podemos, were angry, not only for leaving when the political situation was very delicate, with a referendum just around the corner, but also for the cost of the luxurious trip whose price is more than 10,000 euros.
The politician has preferred that the storm pass to bring to light images of his trip and has done so taking advantage of the end of the year, to illustrate his congratulations. In one of the photos he has shared, he and his wife can be seen on Mount Cook in New Zealand.
Next to her, he has written these words: “Ending 2017. We also passed through here. It's Mount Cook in New Zealand.
