In August they celebrated their third wedding anniversary and now, Elena Tablada and her husband, Javier Ungría are living a second honeymoon with their trip to the United States. A country for which the designer feels a special affection since she lived in Miami for several years. A city with a special meaning for both of them since they gave each other the civil “Yes, I do” there, as HOLA! exclusively, and where a large part of the businesswoman's family resides. But that has not been the chosen destination this time, the couple has chosen this time for California to spend some romantic and fun days together.

"This place, the places... is the only thing we take with us", with this beautiful reflection, Elena shared the first image of her trip from San Francisco. In the middle of the road and between the tracks where the characteristic trams pass, she posed very pretty with a look made up of a crop top, wide pants and sneakers, she was ready to walk the streets of the city. The designer was glad that, despite the difficulties that now exist in moving from one country to another due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, she was able to live that experience and the memory that she will have of it.
Their second stop was Alcatraz Island, also known colloquially as The Rock, located in the center of San Francisco Bay, where the couple arrived via ferry from Pier 33. The Lighthouse is located on the island. Alcatraz, and formerly served as a military fortification, a military prison, and later a federal prison until 1963. It became a national park in 1972 and received National Historic Landmark designations in 1976 and 1986. The couple visited these places and were amazed on his walk through the famous prison. “Visits that bristle every pore of the skin, walls that hide infinite secrets, corridors that scream in silence...”, this is how the designer expressed the sensations that had caused her to walk through a building that keeps so many stories and lives behind her back. she.

To relax a bit after the excursion to Alcatraz Island, they headed to Napa Valley for a much more relaxed and fun plan: visit the vineyards. And so they wanted to share it with their followers: "As we hardly like to enjoy ourselves, we had to visit the Napa Valley." A tour that has become a very popular visit and in which Elena and Javier walked among the vines and had such a good time that, it seems, they even lost their minds a little because of the effect of the wine: “We visited three wineries! but after the second one I don't remember much!”, the designer recounted amused.

It's been a dream few days for the couple and Elena can only express her happiness for what the city is giving them during their stay: "Walking around and enjoying yourself was a pleasure, San Francisco," she says. And she couldn't help but get a little nostalgic : "How I miss you and how I like you, USA", she confessed. During her stay she could not resist having a Cuban sandwich, a wink that she also wanted to share with her followers. It is clear that in the heart of the designer United States occupies a very special space and that this has been a trip that they will not forget and that will be part of the couple's memories forever.
