Valencia makes the signing of Eray Cömert official
Valencia has made the signing of Eray Cömert official. The Valencianistas will pay 500,000 euros for his transfer to Basel and he will be a Valencianista player until June 2026. "Valencia CF has reached an agreement with FC Basel for the incorporation of Swiss international Eray Cömert.
The 23-year-old defender signs until June 30, 2026 and, from this Thursday, he will be under the command of coach José Bordalás.
Despite his youth, Cömert has experience at the international level both with the Swiss national team, being a fixture from the lower categories to the senior team, as well as in different European competitions.
In the 2019-20 season, his outstanding participation in the UEFA Europa League, teaming up with Omar Alderete from Valencia, made him one of the sensations at European level."
