FGV will expand the schedule of the meters with departure and arrival in Paterna, Picasent, Rafelbunyol and Torrent during the failures

The Generalitat has scheduled diurnal reinforcements on lines 1, 2 and 3 of Metrovalencia for the weekend of failures, September 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the mobility of users during the main holidays.

However, and due to the remaining touch decreed by the Generalitat herself by which there can be no displacements between 1 and 6 hours, there will be no night circulations as usual other years.

On Saturday 4 there will be diurnal reinforcements between 10 and 10 pm on Line 2 to Paterna and Torrent Avinguda, while between 11 and 22 hours there will also be special circulations on line 3 to Rafelbunyol.In line 1 there will be no reinforcements for the underground works that are being executed in the vicinity of the junction station.

On Sunday 5 there are scheduled reinforcements from 10 a.m. to 22 hours in line 1 in the southern zone of its layout to Picasent.On line 2, also from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., there will be reinforcements to Paterna and Torrent Avingud.

As for the tram, its reinforcements will be of capacity, since its units will circulate double composition whenever possible to double the number of places available for users.

Personnel reinforcement

Railroads of the Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) will reinforce in 65 people its customer service personnel in order to inform all those travelers and travelers who move through the metro and tram network from day 1 to the night of September 5.

To do this, the public company has hired its customer service bag to 27 people for lines 1 and 2;30 for lines 3, 5, 7 and 9;and 8 for lines 4, 6 and 8.

With this staff, the 22 main stations and stops of Metrovalencia will be covered, although these informants can move to other points of the metro and tram network if necessary.

Free parking

On the other hand, MetroValencia offers about 1.500 places of free parking in 15 surface stations of lines 1, 2 and 9 of Metrovalencia that allow more direct and ordered access to the city of Valencia during the celebration of failures 2021.In addition, there are another 1.163 places in seven municipal parking lots, also free, close to the metro network in different populations.

MetroValencia regularly offers, thanks to the parking + meter system (p + m), a total of 1.439 parking spaces distributed in the stations of Llíria (41), Pobla de Vallbona (40), L'Eliana (39), Massarrojos (62), Rocafort (54), Empalme (40), Seminari - CEU (48),Source of the jug (52), Bétera (60), Font Almaguer (42), San Ramón (3), La dam (123), Masia de Traver (198), Riba-Roja de Túria (47) and València Sud (590).

In addition, we must add the 50 places put in service by the City of Paiporta;the 23 of Paterna;the 115 of Sant Isidre;the 30 of Benaguassil 1st;the 562 of Quart de Poblet;the 133 of Santa Rita and the 250 of Burjassot, which add another 1.163 places, all in the vicinity of the stations and stops mentioned.

Therefore, at 1.439 parking spaces that MetroValencia has to add the 1.163 municipal parking lots, with whom subway users can have a total of 2.602 free places.
