Tristan claims to have been intimate with Maralee only once in March 2021, her 30th birthday in Houston, Texas.
Maralee responded to his statement by revealing that they allegedly began their relationship up to five months before her birthday party in Houston in March.
Maralee met Tristan at a party at his Encino, California, home in 2020.
“I saw Tristan in March 2021 close to his birthday. He told me that he wanted to see me," Maralee told E! News in December, following the birth of her and Tristan's baby.

Maralee said she found out she was pregnant only weeks after her trip to Boston to see Tristan, adding that she told Tristan about her pregnancy in North Carolina after he asked to see her in April.
“I have never spoken to any media, nor have I leaked any information to anyone at any time. I am providing this statement because I feel I must defend my character,” she explained.
Maralee said she was forced to make the statement because of the bad publicity she received.
"I've seen fake stories, unflattering photos of me, people using photos that aren't even mine, indicating the wrong occupation and age," she said as she gave her side of the story.
She continued: "There have been multiple fake Instagram posts claiming to be me, making false statements and attaching stock photos of an ultrasound and a child (none of me)."
Maralee set the record: "Here are the facts: I have lived in California since 2019. I am not a personal trainer."
“I haven't worked as a personal trainer for four years, I do fitness modeling. I was never Tristan's personal trainer," she finished.
In the court documents, Tristan claims something different.
"The only time I had sex with [Maralee] in 2021 was in March 2021 in Houston, Texas."
“I specifically remember having sex with [her] in March because it was my birthday. [She] and I attended a party at a hotel in Houston together. [She] had called me and wanted to be with me on my birthday."
Since the paternity scandal, Tristan Thompson has been reportedly seen with another woman.
A TikTok video posted on January 26 showed Tristan with a brunette who had her leg over his.
The two seemed to be engaged in an intense conversation as they sat in a crowded room.
It is unclear when the video was filmed; however, TikTok user Tricia Caracoza claimed that it was filmed "last weekend."
Her caption read: “I saw it with my own eyes. Zero respect for this trash."

Tristan took to Instagram on January 3, 2022 to post a statement.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” he wrote.
“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son."
"I sincerely apologize to everyone I have hurt or disappointed during this ordeal, both in public and in private," the NBA player continued.
He then turned to Khloe in his statement.
"Khloe, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the pain and humiliation I've caused you.
"You don't deserve the way I've had you over the years. My actions have certainly not aligned with the way I see you.
“I have the greatest respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Once again, I am very sorry," he concluded.
