The Three Kings will arrive in the Community and there are many municipalities that have decided to keep the parades this Wednesday so as not to break the magic, but yes, they will be armored against the virus.
In Valencia, for example, the City Council will regulate the capacity of the static cavalcade of the Three Kings of Valencia that will take place in the Plaza de Toros with the distribution of tickets and, for this, it will enable a web page to request to go as a public, but not it will be activated until today and has not been disclosed to prevent it from collapsing prematurely.
This Monday, the City Council and technicians from the Valencia Provincial Council – owner of the facility – were outlining the capacity, although last week the mayor of Citizen Protection, Aarón Cano, indicated that it could accommodate some 4,000 people.
The Councilor for Festive Culture, Carlos Galiana, in an interview with Valencia Plaza Radio, called for people not to go to the Plaza de Toros without a ticket "so they don't queue foolishly." Those who do manage to enter will have to show their Covid passport and ID, except for those under 12 years of age.
In principle, it is planned that the doors of the Valencian arena will open at 5:30 p.m., although the static parade will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will last an hour and a half.
In Alcoi, known for the age of its cavalcade, there will be a security operation with 60 troops and with reinforcement from the Autonomous Police and the Continuous Care Point (PAC) of the regional Health Department. In addition, the consistory will not allow Their Majesties to approach during the parade; Candy will not be distributed and capacity will be limited in the Plaza de España during Adoration. In fact, 1,250 locations have been distributed through an online portal.
In Muro they rule out making a parade and they will bet the Kings in three seats in a static way in the square of the Hermitage of the Virgen de los Desamparados.
In l'Horta, cancellations and route changes are the general trend. Godella announced this Monday the suspension of the event. Paterna and Burjassot have included in the tour the visit to the streets where children are confined, while in Albal and Quart they have suppressed the final reception. And in Torrent and Rocafort they have opted for static cavalcades.
In Sagunto, the traditional arrival at the seaport has been replaced by reception at Management. In Vilamarxant, it has been decided to celebrate a parade without an audience, but it can be followed by networks.
In Alberic the parade has been suspended and in Alzira simultaneous tours will be carried out to reach all the neighborhoods. In Sueca the cavalcade is moved to the widest avenues and Cullera will double the itinerary.
In Gandia the device will have 40 police officers. The Three Wise Men will arrive at the port and the final parliament will be at 8:00 p.m., without an audience. The parade will be fast and the floats will not have a roof, to see Their Majesties from the balconies.
In the Marina Alta they have opted for changes in itineraries and for open spaces in the receptions. Dénia has chosen La Vía street as the end point of the cavalcade and Teulada modifies the route to finish in VI Centenari square.
Teulada Moraira and Xàbia have decided that the delegations of their Majesties do not make stops and Ondara has chosen to take the reception to the bullring. For its part, Gata de Gorgos will move the scenarios of the 'Misteri dels Reis', Festival of Provincial Tourist Interest, to the esplanade of the schoolyard.
In Benidorm, part of the route changes and the Three Kings will receive the little ones in the Julio Iglesias auditorium. And in La Vila, the Magi from the East will not parade in the cavalcade. They will travel the streets by car.
The Xàtiva City Council has suspended the acts of the welcome of the Kings in the Plaza de la Seo and the adoration of Their Majesties in the monumental Bethlehem. In addition, the cavalcade will advance to 6:30 p.m. and will extend the route, passing in addition to the usual one, along the entire Avenida República Argentina.
In Castellón, they will disembark at the port, they will go through neighborhoods by car and the cavalcade will have a longer route and through wider streets. People will not be able to approach the vehicles or the animation groups.
