The Paterna City Council will temporarily pedestrianize the streets near the schools in the municipality that need it to make it easier for schoolchildren and their families to enter and exit the educational center as orderly and safe as possible.
The Local Police of Paterna have decided to initially pedestrianise the vicinity of the Clara Campoamor school, cutting Cristo de la Fe street to traffic until the Paterna station square, from 08:45 to 09:30 and from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Municipal sources point out that the pedestrianization of the street of this school "will be added to other centers as long as the Police deem it necessary."
In addition to this measure, the City Council, through the public company Management and Services of Paterna (GESPA) and the municipal brigade, is also signaling the safety distances on the ground at the different entrances to the 44 educational centers in Paterna, from kindergartens to schools, both public and subsidized.
