Article 4 Validity, duration, extension and termination
This agreement will have effects from July 1, 2021, whatever its publication date and will end on December 31, 2022, without prejudice to what will be particularly agreed on on certain contents of this agreement.
The party that intends to denounce the agreement must carry it out one month in advance of its conclusion.
If the agreement was not denounced by any of the parties by notice one month before its conclusion, it will be understood extended from year.
Denounced the agreement, it will remain validity during the negotiations for its renewal.If an agreement was not reached within one year since its conclusion and denounces without having agreed a new agreement, it will be deemed automatically extended from year to year until the signing of a new agreement.
