Some parents denounce that their son was vaccinated at the College of Paterna without their consent
This is stated in the court, to which Europa Press has had access, where parents denounce the center and the Ministry of Health "for having vaccinated their son of the younger than ten years with the Covid vaccine without their consent".The court received the complaint this Monday afternoon, according to TSJCV sources to Europa Press.
As they point out in the brief, the parents did not authorize their son to be vaccinated and the child took the same Monday, when he allegedly received the vaccine, the non -authorization signed to the school on paper.The parents ask the College to return that non -authorization on paper, who point out that their child took the center with a seal of entry by the school and attach two emails, dated December 15 and January 13 where they communicate to the center that does notThey consent to the child's vaccination.
This same denunciation document has been contributed before the Fourth Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) by a lawyer father of a minor schooling in this autonomy, who resorted to the decision in Decemberof the Generalitat to vaccinate against the coronavirus in the schools.
The lawyer, Curro Nicolau, requested the precautionary suspension of the Order of the Valencian Executive to collect in 24 hours the authorization of the parents of children under 12 years to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, arguing that it is against several laws, such as that ofData protection and the law of the minor.
The TSJCV rejected the precautionary, which had also been requested by the Liberum Association, understanding that the Instruction of the Generalitat "is consistent with the measures adopted in relation to the pandemic", and points out that with them the fundamental rights of the fundamental rights of theRecurrent, nor implies any attack on the data protection law of the vaccinated ones, especially when vaccination "is voluntary".

In support of his argument, he brings the complaint to the Paterna Court to demonstrate that "the vaccination criteria followed can lead to very problematic situations" such as this."It can be said that it is a professional negligence or a case that is not common, but without a doubt the entire vaccination strategy designed in educational centers can lead to this and other circumstances that put the health of minors at risk, when it has remaineddemonstrated that the vaccination system in adults in health centers or specialized vaccination centers has had very positive results in management, minimizing any risk of minors, "he says.
